01Information We Collect

When you book a ride or request a quote, we collect the details needed to operate your trip: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, flight number (for airport transfers), and any notes you add to the reservation.

If you create an account, we also store your login credentials (your password is stored only as a secure hash), saved addresses, and booking history. If you apply to drive with us, we collect the information in your application, including licensing and vehicle details. If you contact us or leave a rating after a trip, we keep the message or review you submit.

02How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your reservation: calculating quotes, assigning a chauffeur, coordinating pickup, and sending you confirmations, reminders, and trip-status updates. We also use it to respond to your inquiries, improve our services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations that apply to transportation providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

03Payments

Online card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your full card number is entered on and handled by Stripe's systems — it never touches our servers. We receive only what is needed to manage your booking, such as payment status and a reference to the transaction. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information it processes.

04Location & Maps

Our booking form uses Google Maps and Google Places to suggest addresses, display routes, and estimate distances. If you choose to use the "Use My Location" feature, your browser will ask for permission before sharing your device's location with us; we use it only to fill in your pickup address and do not track your location in the background.

05Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Our booking and contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies and collects signals to distinguish people from bots; Google's privacy policy and terms apply to that processing.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site.

06Email & Notifications

We send transactional emails about your reservations — confirmations, receipts, reminders, and account messages. If you install our web app and opt in to push notifications, we send trip-related notifications to your device; you can turn these off at any time in your browser or device settings.

07When We Share Information

We share trip details (name, pickup information, contact number) with the chauffeur assigned to your ride — that's what makes the service work. We use trusted service providers to operate the site, such as our hosting provider, Stripe for payments, and Google for maps and spam protection; each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to ensure the safety of our passengers and chauffeurs.

08Data Retention & Security

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with appropriate safeguards.

09Your Choices & Rights

You can access and update your account information at any time from your dashboard. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Depending on where you live, including under New Jersey privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data.

10Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors may of course travel as passengers on bookings made by an adult.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated more prominently, such as by email or a notice on the site.
