01Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or booking with the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02Our Service

Next Limo provides pre-arranged, chauffeured ground transportation — including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly charters, and special-event transportation — in New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state area. We are not an on-demand ride-hailing service; all trips are reserved in advance.

03Reservations & Quotes

Prices shown during booking are estimates based on the trip details you provide — distance, duration, vehicle class, and selected extras. The final charge may differ if the actual trip changes (for example, added stops, extended waiting time, or a route change you request). We'll always communicate changes as clearly as possible.

Reservations are confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a reservation number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking that we cannot safely or lawfully fulfil; in that case any amount you have paid for the cancelled trip will be refunded.

04Payments & Gratuity

You may pay online by card (processed securely by Stripe) or in the vehicle where that option is offered at booking. For rides paid in the vehicle, payment is collected upon completion of the trip. Gratuity for your chauffeur can be added during booking; any gratuity you add goes to the chauffeur.

05Cancellations & No-Shows

Plans change — if you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Applicable cancellation terms, including any fees for late cancellations or no-shows, are communicated at the time of booking. A "no-show" — failing to appear at the pickup location without notice — may be charged in full.

06Passenger Conduct

We want every ride to be safe and comfortable — for you and for your chauffeur. Passengers must wear seat belts where required, must not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle, and are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle beyond normal wear. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles, and open containers of alcohol are only allowed where permitted by law. We may refuse or end service, without refund, to anyone who endangers the chauffeur, other passengers, or the vehicle.

07Delays & Service Changes

We monitor flights for airport pickups and build in reasonable flexibility, but some circumstances — severe weather, road closures, accidents, or other events beyond our control — can cause delays or require substituting a comparable vehicle. In such cases we will do everything reasonable to complete your trip and will keep you informed. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including missed flights or connections.

08Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate contact information — we use it to reach you about your trips. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

09Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with professional care, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Limo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or missed events), and our total liability for any claim related to a trip is limited to the amount you paid for that trip. Please don't leave valuables in the vehicle — we are not responsible for items left behind, though we will always make a good-faith effort to return found property (see "Lost item" on our contact page).

10Website & Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, design, logos, and images — belongs to Next Limo or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may not use the site in a way that disrupts it or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
