Waiting & Cancellation Policy

Complimentary waiting: 15 minutes (45 minutes for airport pickups with a flight number). After that, waiting time is billed at $1.40/minute. If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes of your chauffeur's arrival, the ride may be cancelled as a no-show with a fee of up to $75.00. Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
